Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with purified betagalactosidase
from Escherichia coli. After
multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and
delipidated. Antibodies were solid phase
absorbed, then immunoaffinity-purified using
purified beta-galactosidase immobilized on a
solid phase.

Format:
Liquid. 0.1 mL at 1.0 mg/mL of polyclonal
antibody in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: Use at 0.1 – 0.2 μg/mL.

Western blot: Use at 1.0 μg/mL.

Immunofluorescence: Use at 0.5 μg/mL.

Immunohistochemistry: Use at 1.0 μg/mL.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
